Little Shell Tribe sets quarterly meeting in Great Falls

GREAT FALLS — The Little Shell Tribal Quarterly meeting will be held Saturday in Great Falls at the Little Shell Tribes Event Center at 1529 Stuckey Road.

    The quarterly meeting starts at 1 p.m.

The Little Shell Language Program, Tobacco Program and Wellness Program will be giving updates on their programs. The Tobacco Program and Wellness Program will be doing drawings for prizes. Guest speakers include Josh Clause to give an update on the Little Shell Tribe’s status on recognition and Sandra Kennedy, who works with NARF on genealogy for recognition, will give an update. She will also be there to print out family history charts for those members interested. Donna Woodward, the tribe’s attorney, will be there to answer any questions for members.

These quarterly meetings are to inform members of the business of the Little Shell Tribe and to give information on upcoming events.
