An officer issued a summons to Alexander Dennis Eakins, 27, of Havre on a charge of criminal contempt for allegations made at 8:07 a.m. Tuesday that he failed to show up for a 24/7 Sobriety Program check-in.

Erica Ann Dion, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and violating conditions of release after a caller from a 5th Street location at 8:59 am. Tuesday said she assaulted him.

An arrest was made during investigation of a motor vehicle crash reported from 9th Street at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday. No further information...
