Alexander Dennis Eakins, 27, of Havre was issued a summons Thursday at 8:47 a.m. at the police station on a criminal contempt charge in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft report after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported Thursday at 2:34 p.m. that shoes had been stolen.

Deputies made an arrest Thursday at 5:22 p.m. on 2nd Street in relation to a warrant. No further information was available in the dispatch log.
