Nolan Earl Snell of Havre, 24, was arrested on a partner of family member assault after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 10:46 a.m. that a little girl told her that her mom was getting beat up.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, five Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a false alarm in the 3900 Block of Sixth Street Friday at 7:39 p.m.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 5:13 p.m. on the 1200 Block of Third Street North, where a bad detector was set off.

Havre Animal Shelter

Dogs at the animal shelter Friday included a tan and white pitbull mix-breed and a white and tan husky-heeler mix.

Cats at the shelter included a feral black and tan and a feral gray cat.
