Community orchestra sets first rehearsal

The Montana State University-Northern Community Orchestra will have its first rehearsal of the season Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. in the music room of Pershing Hall on the Northern campus.  

The ensemble will meet weekly from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for rehearsals, and will perform in concert mid-November.  This year's concert will be a collaboration with local dance studios and will include a winter-theme program featuring music from from “The Polar Express,”  “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers” and “The Nutcracker Suite.”
