Beeters rolling early in the season

Plenty of excitement surrounded the third week of the 2016 high school volleyball season. Because on the Hi-Line, conference play began in earnest.

However, Chinook started the week off with a non-conference tilt against an old rival, the Class B Malta M-Ettes. And, as expected, the M-Ettes were no match for the Sugarbeeters, who won in a sweep by scores of 25-15, 25-19 and 25-17 back on Tuesday night.

Kelsey Mathon had five kills and 18 assists for Chinook, while Taylor Neibauer added three aces and two blocks.
