New Beginnings end-of-marriage group starts Oct. 3

An interdenominational religious program aimed at helping people deal with the end of a marriage starts its fall nine-week program next Monday.

New Beginnings is called a “healing program for those who have experienced the end of a divorce through separation, divorce or death.”

The meetings, held in the fall and spring, are scheduled next Monday through Nov. 28 at St. Jude Parish Center at 440 Seventh Ave.

The focus for Monday’s meeting is “Getting to know the group.”

Oct. 10, the focus is “Dealing with being alone, loneliness and stress.”
