Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near Fourth Street and Seventh Avenue made a report Thursday at 8:07 a.m.

Crystal Dawn Horn of Havre, 44, was arrested on eight Justice or City court warrants after an anonymous caller reported having information on a warrant Thursday at 2:12 p.m.

Ace Dean Bigknife of Box Elder, 38, was issued a summons on a partner or family member assault charge after a 16th Street West caller reported Thursday at 3:03 p.m. that her niece was beat up by her ex-husband.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller reported Thursday at 4:28 p.m. that someone in a “sporty” black car had driven off without paying for gas.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported Thursday at 4:44 p.m. that a Ford Escape was T-boned by a Ford pickup truck.

Officers made two arrests after a Fifth Avenue caller reported today at 12:12 a.m. that two men in an older model Chevrolet were parked in front of her home. Benjamen Alan Guinard of Kalispell, 19, and Patrick Wayne Holcomb of Kalispell, 19, were each arrested on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one charge of minor in possession.

Samuel Lee Green of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of careless driving, failure to produce proof of insurance, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence on Eighth Avenue today at 12:28 a.m. after someone near a First Street business made an report at 12:24 a.m. that there was a possible drunk driver on the road.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an assault  after a report was made from a U.S. Highway 2 East caller Thursday at 12:05 p.m.

Robyn May Swan of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 1:40 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deana Marie Jackson of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 11 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a gas smell call this morning at 2:30 on the 900 Block of Seventh Street.
