Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near  Sunnyside Intermediate School reported Friday at 8:01 a.m. that her vehicle was rear-ended.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near Fourth Avenue reported a traffic accident Friday at 2:26 p.m.

Sarrina Marie Zeman of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance during a motor vehicle stop Friday at 5:26 p.m. on Montana Avenue.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle hit and run crash after a Fourth Street caller reported a hit and run Friday at 5:47 p.m. involving a silver Nissan Maxima.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a caller from Sixth Street West reported a clown Friday at 8:33 p.m.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 10th Street West caller reported Friday at 11:31 p.m. that she saw people in a vehicle “egg” the side of a building.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a caller near Seventh Avenue reported Saturday at 12:05 a.m. that they saw a car being egged and they knew who may have done it.

Officers made two arrests during a motor vehicle stop on Third Street Saturday at 12:18 a.m. Everson Mosquito of Havre, 22, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants, and Celisia Leeann Eagleman of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants.

Officers issued six summonses  after a Montana Avenue caller made a noise complaint Saturday at 12:38 p.m. Austin Thomas Kimmet-Lee of Columbia Falls, 19, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer and minor in possession; Blake Monti-Charles Arneson of Columbia Falls, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP; Jordan Alexander Krueger of Columbia Falls, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP; David Ulysses Shumway of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of MIP and social host; Adrienne Leigh Grande of Kalispell, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of the charge of unlawful transaction with children; and Kyndal Marie Clewien of Columbia Falls, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transaction with children.

Officers investigated a theft after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 9:14 a.m. that items were missing from his house.

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller from Havre High School asked to speak to an officer Saturday at 10:22 a.m.

Levie Courage Bixby of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and assault on a minor after a Bonine Drive caller asked to speak to an officer.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Bonine Drive caller reported Sunday at 1:03 a.m. that someone tried to break in last night.

Caymus Alexander Thomas of Havre, 20, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a report of drug offenses was made Sunday at 1:13 a.m. by a caller from Montana State University- Northern.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a caller from MSU-Northern  reported Sunday at 9:01 a.m. that someone was smoking marijuana in her car. An arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Officers investigated a complaint after a 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 7:30 p.m. that a “party with underage people” was going on.

Angela Rose Newfield of Havre, 53, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Sunday at 8:01 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, two Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 12:06 p.m. on the 700 Block of First Street where a gas leak was reported by a construction crew working at Gary and Leo’s Fresh Foods. The leak was identified and repaired.

Births

A boy was born Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, to Aurora Snow and Rick Reyes of Harlem.
