Coming into this past weekend, it had been more than a year since the Glacier Nationals had tasted victory. And after coming close Friday night, the Nationals finally found the winner’s circle.
Glacier, which was hosting Billings, a fellow Frontier Division team in the North American Tier 3 Hockey League, fell 5-3 to the Bulls in the first of the two games between two teams, only to bounce back and win 6-3 Saturday night inside the Havre Ice Dome.
