Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a complaint after a Knob Road caller reported Thursday at 10:42 a.m. that the neighbor was outside, yelling and cursing while there were children around.

Officers investigated a shoplifting report after a First Street West establishment caller reported Thursday at 11:21 a.m. that they had video showing someone stealing vodka from the store.

Kevin Ignatius Fuller of Great Falls, 55, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 12:03 p.m. on the 500 Block between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Seventh Street caller reported Thursday at 1:08 p.m. that a man who was staying with them took a drill and pawned it.

Crystal Haberger of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of probation violation, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Thursday after Probation and Parole asked for assistance at 6:38 p.m. from the police department.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Fifth Street caller reported Thursday at 7:45 p.m. that she had a message from her ex.

Officers made an arrest Thursday at 10:26 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop in the Havre area. No further details were provided.

Jason Stewart of Chester, 39, was arrested on a probation violation Thursday at 11:14 p.m. after an officer spotted a man with a warrant near 17th Street West.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Kevin Ignatius Fuller of Great Falls, 55, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 1:36 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a call Thursday at 1:54 p.m. on the 500 Block of Third Street where a resident reported that her carbon dioxide detector went off. Fire crews and NorthWestern Energy verified that CO was being emitted in the home and the caller left the home. NorthWestern diagnosed that the CO was coming from the hot water heater and the problem was eventually repaired. The caller said she didn’t need to go to the hospital and should be back in her home.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a yellow Labrador-shepherd mix, a black and white border collie and a black pitbull mix.

The animal shelter held this morning a tiger-striped gray cat, a 9-week-old orange kitten, three gray and brown 9-week-old kittens, five black Siamese mix 9-month-old kittens, a 3-month-old gray kitten, three black and white 1-year-old kittens, an orange kitten, a tiger-striped cat, a gray kitten and a gray adult tom cat.
