Kelsey Marie Grandberg of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Seventh Street caller reported a disturbance Friday at 10:54 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near a First Street establishment after a report that a vehicle was hit from behind was made Saturday at 1:09 a.m.

Lara Shante Lawrence of Harlem, 19, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence  after an 11th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 2:25 p.m. a “domestic with his girlfriend.”

Erica Denae Kirschinger of Havre, 33, was arrested for charges of aggravated DUI and parking on roadway after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported Sunday at 4:58 a.m. that a vehicle was stopped in the street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a complaint related to a civil issue Friday at 1:33 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a theft report after a Third Street North caller reported Friday at 8 p.m. that a truck was “stripped of everything.”

Deputies investigated a complaint after a Crystal Springs Road caller made a report Saturday at 10:46 a.m.

Deputies investigated a drug offense report Saturday at 4:34 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Friday, three Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 2:30 p.m. on the 100 Block of Seventh Avenue where a resident reported a gas smell. Firefighters did not detect or smell anything and no further action was necessary.

——

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 1:07 p.m. at the 1100 Block of Fifth Street because someone reported a gas smell in the basement. Gas was not detected, but it was discovered that the hot water heater was not working. NorthWestern Energy lit the pilot light and no further action was needed.

——

Fire crews responded to call Sunday at 9:34 a.m. at the 300 Block of Seventh Street where the fire alarm was pulled. An investigation found no reason for concern and no further action was necessary.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a yellow Labrador-shepherd mix, a black and white border collie and a black pitbull mix.

The animal shelter held this morning a tiger-striped gray cat, a 9-week-old orange kitten, two gray and brown 9-week-old kittens, four black Siamese mix 3-month-old kittens, a 3-month-old gray kitten, one black and white 1-year-old kitten, an orange kitten, a tiger-striped cat, a gray kitten and a gray adult tom cat.
