When I first met Stephanie Hess, she was running a group home for disabled adults. She was good at her job as evidenced by the affection her clients had for her. She was shy and quiet. At the time, I would not have imagined that 15 years later she would be standing on the floor of the Montana House of Representatives making me proud that I know her.
