When situations come up, stay focused on the solution

I went to the optometrist the other day for my annual eye exam. During the examination process I was subjected to several different kinds of procedures to test my ability to focus and my ability to stay focused. The whole idea is to determine if I need any type of corrective lens in order to give me better vision. As I began to think about focus with the natural eye, my thoughts shifted to focus with the spiritual eye.

In Psalms 62:5-6 David says “My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.”...
