A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 6:37 p.m. that she found syringes on a patient.

Gerald Danner Freeman of Cutbank, 46, was arrested on charges of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license Sunday at 8:04 p.m. on First Street West.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations after someone asked for help getting her daughter from an apartment Sunday at 1:37 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated report of theft, forgery or fraud after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business said Friday at 2:23 p.m. that a check had been altered.

Jesika Jelean Blatter of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and a probation violation after a Seventh Street East caller reported Friday at 8:09 p.m. that someone tried to break into his shed.

Chad Allan Berg of Havre, 43, was arrested on a charge of contempts for which the justice of the peace may punish Friday at 9 p.m. on Fifth Avenue West.

Deputies investigated a theft report after a caller from a Box Elder business reported Saturday at 10:36 a.m. that a phone was stolen.

Levi Ernest Baker of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license, possession of toxic substances, criminal trespass to property and reckless driving after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 3:15 p.m. that someone had tried to run her over.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday and five Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 5:03 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Avenue where someone was burning leaves without authorization. The fire was put out and no further action was needed.

——

Fire crews responded to a false alarm call Saturday at the 10 Block of 13th Street West. The alarm had been accidentally tripped. Everything checked out OK, and there was no need for further action.

A boy was born Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, to Mylene Snow and Robert Gordon Ball of Harlem.

The animal shelter held this morning a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a yellow Labrador-shepherd mix, a black pitbull mix, a tan pit bull-Labrador mix, a border collie, a pitbull-terrier mix and terrier puppy.
