Hi-Line Athletes of the Week

Nate Korb, Havre High Football

Havre High senior Nate Korb recently finished a strong season as a two-way starter for the Blue Pony football team. Korb started at wide receiver and had a career-high nine catches against Belgrade last month. He was also among the Ponies’ leading tacklers, and had two interceptions as a safety, while also handling kickoff and punt return duties for the Blue Ponies. Korb also earned All-Conference honors as a junior and is a three-sport standout at Havre High. He’ll be a second-year starter in basketball and is an All-Conference tennis player.

Naomi Terry, Havre High Volleyball

In her final volleyball games as a Havre Blue Pony, senior Naomi Terry gave it all she had. The Blue Ponies played four matches at last weekend’s Eastern A Divisional in Laurel, and Terry was outstanding from her setter position. She averaged 14 assists through the four matches, including racking up 20 in HHS’ final match of the season. She also had 19 aces in the four matches, including seven in a loss to Glendive. Terry will now focus on basketball, a sport she recently signed to play for MSU-Northern.
