Buses will stop for holidays

North Central Montana Transit has announced that its buses will not run Monday, Dec. 26, or Monday, Jan. 2, in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

Buses will resume their normal schedules Tuesday of each week.

CASA sets open houses

CASA of Hill County will host open houses in the Havre-Hill County Library Community Room at 402 Third St., Tuesday, Dec. 27, and Tuesday, Jan. 3, both from 5 to 8 p.m.

Pool closing for some holidays, events

The Havre city government has reminded people that the Havre Community Pool will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday in observance of Christmas and Saturday Dec. 31, Sunday, Jan. 1, and Monday, Jan. 2, in observance of the New Year holiday.

The pool also will be closed Saturday, Jan. 14, Sunday, Jan. 15, and Monday, Jan. 16 in observance of the Martin Luther King Day holiday.

It also will be closed Saturday, Jan 28, and Sunday, Jan. 29, to accommodate the Havre High School Swim Team Swim Meet.
