The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger Oct. 11-31.

Stephanie Marie Bacon, born in 1987, forfeited $185 and was fined $50 for failing to have a child properly restrained.

Adrian Moses Shawl, born in 1992, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

——

Craig Walter Hoyt, born in 1960, forfeited $100 bond for using or equipping vehicle with a radar detector.

——

Ryan Lee Lasley, born in 1998, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Dustin Lee Kendall, born in 1995, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for careless driving involving death or serious injury.

Joseph William Henderson, born in 1991, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Raina Legrand, born in 1993, forfeited $100 bond for criminal trespass to property.

——

Catherine Armstrong, born in 1982, forfeited $100 bond for criminal trespass to property.

——

Lorena Stiffarm Wing, born in 1947, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Jaswinder Singh Boparai, born in 1980, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Cory Julia Carrywater, born in 1997, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Derek Sang Hann, born in 1996, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Tyler Dale Flowers, born in 1991, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Coby John Stump, born in 1985, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Kasi Lynn Tomaskie, born in 1972, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

James Thomas Campbell, born in 1986, forfeited $100 bond for each of four charges: no or inoperative tail lamps; no or discharged fire extinguisher; no or expired periodic annual inspection; and no DOT or MVI number or name of company on vehicle.

Macedonia Frances Mcgillis, born in 1985, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 162 days suspended and 18 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Pawandeep Singh Dhaliwal, born in 1992, forfeited $200 for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Ryan Lammers, born in 1973, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for county control of dogs.

——

Vicente Clark Alarcon, born in 1993, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Saad Kareem, born in 1982, forfeited $200 for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Judge Barger also dealt with 63 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 11 charges. Barger transferred 12 citations to another court, issued one search warrant, held eight probable cause hearings for cases out of her jurisdiction and two probation and parole violations went before the judge.
