Officers investigated  a non-injury motor vehicle crash near First Street after a caller reported Tuesday at 1:16 p.m. that a van backed into a pickup truck.

Officers made three arrests  after a First Street business caller reported three shoplifters taking off in a silver Ford Explorer.
