Officers investigated a complaint after a report was made Wednesday at 10:34 a.m. in which the complainant said her step-daughter was getting text messages from her father who is not allowed to have any contact with her.

Crystal Dawn Horn of Havre, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after the Fergus County Attorney’s office notified Havre police Wednesday at 6:01 p.m. of an outstanding warrant.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 14th Street West caller reported this morning at 5:18 that his house had been egged.
