Hutchins offers anti-hate speech proclamation

A proclamation supporting residents of the city of Whitefish, who are denouncing a planned neo-Nazi march, has been placed on the agenda for the next Havre City Council.

Council member Caleb Hutchins said Wednesday that he submitted the proposed proclamation for consideration by the council.

The matter will be voted on and discussed at the council meeting Tuesday 7 p.m at City Hall.

There will be time for public comment before the vote to either adopt or vote against the proclamation.
