Ponies find more success in Missoula

The Havre High wrestling team put together a solid effort at the Jug Beck Rocky Mountain Classic this past weekend, but for the first time all season, the Blue Ponies walked away from a tournament without a first-place trophy.

The Ponies, who competed against the best Montana has to offer, as well as some neighboring states, finished third in its attempt to win a third consecutive title at the prestigious meet held annually in Missoula. Flathead won the team championship with 202.5 points, while Mead (Wash.) was second 167. Havre finished third with 159.5 points.
