Officers investigated a Tuesday 8:16 a.m. report from First Avenue of a vehicle broken into the previous night.

Officers investigated a report of a missing person called in from Fifth Street Tuesday at 10:29 a.m.

Officers investigated a hit and run report from 12th Street Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday at 10:38 a.m., officers investigated a vehicle crash on 2nd Avenue. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene.

Heather Rose Cochran of Havre, 28, and Nina Mel Cochran of Harlem, 26, were each arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at a First Street business Tuesday at 12:07 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report called in from a First Street West business at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday. The theft occurred Sunday.

Officers investigated a 1:44 p.m. Tuesday report from 16th Street West of a ladder theft.

Samuel Reuben Onespot of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the police station Tuesday at 2:04 p.m.

Tuesday at 4:23 p.m. an officer initiated investigation of a theft, forgery or fraud at a Second Street business.

Timothy Lee Dennis of Chinook, 34, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants on 6th Street at 5:21 p.m. Tuesday.

Amber Evelyn Lawrence of Harlem, 31, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, two counts, partner or family member assault and assault and three Justice or City court warrants, after an 11:29 p.m. Tuesday report from 13th Avenue that the caller’s girlfriend’s sister had stabbed a man in the arm and had broken a bottle over his head. Police and EMTs were dispatched to the scene.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report of a cabin break-in reported Tuesday at 9:43 a.m.

Deputies investigated a 12:03 a.m. report at Hill County Detention Center today of a pickup truck getting keyed.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Tuesday and three calls today.

Fire crews responded to the 600 Block of 14th Avenue after water dripping on electrical wires shorted a circuit to a furnace. They shut off the power, and NorthWestern Energy personnel repaired the problem.
