Obituary: Sylvia (Jestrab) Piatt

NEWCASTLE, Washington — Sylvia (Jestrab) Piatt of Newcastle, loving mother to Daniel (Kristen), David (Karen) and Diane (Justin), passed away Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017.

Sylvia leaves behind her most precious gifts — her  grandchildren, Faith, Serrano, Hudson and Levi; loving brothers, Jack and Bob; sister Diane; many nieces, nephews, dear in-laws and amazing friends. 

She will join her dad, Johnny; mom, Bernice; sister Karen; and granddaughter Sophia in heaven. 

A celebration of her life will be held at Flintoft’s Issaquah Funeral Home, Friday, Jan. 20, at 4 p.m. Reception to follow at Blakley Hall.
