Officers investigated a noninjury motor vehicle crash on Fifth Avenue after it was reported Friday at 3:39 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on First Street after a report was made Friday at 4:24 p.m.

Officers made an arrest during a motor vehicle stop Friday at 5:01 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2. No further details were provided.

Officers made two arrests after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 business reported a hit and run Saturday at 8:54 p.m. One of the arrested was Wosek Shondlyn Chandler of Harlem, 19, on charges of endangering the welfare of children, minor in possession and unlawful transactions with children. Information on the other arrest was not listed.

Officers investigated a report after a caller near a First Street business reported Saturday at 1:51 a.m. that a female had assaulted him.

Vicki Lynn Simonson of Havre, 51, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, habitual traffic offender and operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plates Saturday at 7:22 a.m. near the viaduct in Havre.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of having an open container Saturday at 8:51 a.m. on First Street.

Officers made two arrests after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 9:45 a.m. a beer theft. Heather Rose Cochran of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 10:41 a.m., and Kyle Webster Brockie of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and a revocation of suspended or deferred sentence.

Kevin Wayne Coleman of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to carry proof of insurance and a revocation of suspended or deferred sentence Saturday at 10:03 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 12th Avenue.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a Chrysler and a Dodge on First Street after a report was made Saturday at 3:10 p.m.

Ashley Lynn Purcell of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, driving under the influence and burglary after a disturbance was reported Saturday at 9:26 p.m. on Grant Avenue.

Officers arrested Gary Clayton Standingchief Jr. of Laredo, 31, on a probation violation charge in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Sunday at 8:25 a.m. at the police station.

Officers made an arrest after a caller on 16th Street reported Sunday at 9:06 a.m. that there was a suspicious vehicle by the park. No further information was provided.

Ashley Lynn Purcell of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of violation of no contact order reported at the police station Sunday at 1:20 p.m.

Officers issued two summonses after a complaint was made by a Fourth Avenue caller Sunday at 1:51 p.m. that there were people drinking in the alley. William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on charges of having an open container and disorderly conduct, and Merrill Silas Gray Sr. of Dodson, 60, was issued a summons on a charge of having an open container.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Sunday at 2:57 p.m. that a white Ford Expedition had been egged the previous night.

Merrill Silas Gray Sr. of Dodson, 60, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller reported Sunday at 4:35 p.m. that a man in her house needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Chaska Nakota Earthboy of Harlem, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 11:08 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a Beaver Creek Park caller reported Friday at 4:51 p.m. that someone had painted graffiti on an outhouse.

Deputies assisted a citizen called in Friday at 5:27 p.m. from Northern Montana Hospital.

Deputies investigated a suspicious activity report after a 34th Street Southeast caller reported Saturday at 3:35 a.m. a man with a full face mask on standing in the caller’s garage.

Deputies investigated a theft report after a caller reported Saturday at 12:54 p.m. that a purse was taken.

Deputies investigated a suspicious activity report after a Clear Creek Road caller made a report Sunday at 12:05 p.m.

Deputies assisted another agency after a Fifth Street North caller reported Sunday at 4:26 p.m. that a crying woman who appeared beat up had come to his door.

Merrill Silas Gray Sr. of Dodson, 60, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 5:44 p.m. on Second Street West.

Jennifer Lynn Rainingbird of Rocky Boy, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop Sunday at 8:47 p.m. on Third Avenue.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Saturday, two Sunday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 8:28 p.m. at the 2000 Block of Fifth Avenue where a faulty sprinkler system had gone off. The system is being repaired.

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017, to Mitchel Henry and Bobbie Jean Dolphay of Havre.

A girl was born Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, to Josephine Morsette and Jesse Standing Rock of Box Elder and Rocky Boy.
