Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash at Third Avenue and First Street after it was reported Monday at 1:03 p.m.

Officers investigated a hit and run motor vehicle crash near First Street after a report was made Monday at 2:09 p.m.

Jeffrey Charles Sykes of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street caller reported Monday at 4:36 p.m. that a man was walking in the middle of the road.

Officers investigated an assault charge after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Monday at 6:16 p.m. that a juvenile needed to be looked at.

Officers investigated a found property report after a Second Street business caller reported Monday at 7:25 p.m. that there was a duffel bag sitting by the dumpster.

Officers investigated a theft report after an 11th Street business caller reported Monday at 8:22 p.m. that a cellphone had been stolen.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on Montana Avenue after a caller reported Monday at 9:24 p.m. that a car had hit and ran earlier.

Officers made an arrest while assiting another agency today at 3 a.m. No further information has been provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Tanna Dale Windyboy of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 4:57 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies made two arrests after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller made a shoplifting report Monday at 9:48 p.m. Allison Lee Main of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license and obstructing a peace officer, and Domnique Lynn Cochran of Havre, 24, was arrested on a shoplifting charge.

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday and one today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a black terrier mix, a tan and white Jack Russell terrier mix, a small red terrier mix and a black pit bull-collie-Labrador mix puppy.
