Robert Alexander McConnell of Havre, 36, was arrested on a violations of conditions release charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Tuesday at 8:01 a.m. at the police department.

Officers investigated a burglary report after a Fourth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 11:02 a.m. that their house was broken into again, and four guns are missing.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 11:32 a.m. that a pistol was stolen.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a Havre High School employee made a report Tuesday at noon.

Officers investigated an assault report after a caller at Fourth Street and Sixth Avenue reported Tuesday at 4:05 p.m. that her son was beat up at the bus stop.

Leena Galan Healy of Havre, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Tuesday at 5:49 p.m. that people were smoking marijuana.

Officers investigated an assault report after a 17th Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:21 p.m. that her nephew assaulted her 70-year-old grandmother.

Officers investigated a drug offense report after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 9:16 p.m. that they were missing seven pills.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Cody James Howerton of Wendell, Idaho, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy pulled over Tuesday at 8:42 p.m. someone pulling a trailer with no tail lights.

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Havre, 33, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants today at 1:21 a.m. today at the Hill County Detention Center.
