Officers investigated after an employee with the Havre-Hill County Library reported Friday at 8:22 a.m. someone stole a laptop and clock.

Gordon Wayne Cochran of Harlem, 51, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 12:58 p.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated after a caller near Northern Montana Hospital reported Friday at 2:34 p.m. a hit-and-run crash.

Officers investigated after a Third Street West caller reported Friday at 4:58 p.m that her father’s medication had been stolen.

Anthony Joseph Lovenguth of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Friday at 7:38 p.m. that his son was receiving threatening phone calls.

Linda Luise Azure of Havre, 58, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia Friday at 8:50 p.m. near a First Street Northeast residence.

Mercedes Anne Knapton of Whitefish, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a speeding charge Friday at 10:04 p.m. on First Street.

During a motor vehicle stop Friday at 11:28 p.m. on First Street officers arrested Victoria Dawn-Lynn Gerrard of Havre, 30, on two Justice or City court warrants and a violation of conditions release charge and arrested Brandon Gratz Seaman of Choteau, 42, on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brittney Yvette Belgrade of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and disorderly conduct  Saturday at 12:23 a.m. at a First Street West establishment.

Officers issued summonses Saturday at 1:23 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West to a 14-year-old was on a charge of juvenile curfew violation and to a 17-year-old on a charge of headlamp violation and juvenile curfew violation.

Officers investigated a disturbance after receiving a report from a Seventh Street caller Saturday at 10:29 a.m.

Officers investigated after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 10:39 a.m. that a window had been broken out of a Yukon.

Officers investigated after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 11:48 a.m. that a window had been broken and the house entered.

Officers issued a summons to a 15-year-old on charges of disorderly conduct, probation violation and obstructing a peace officer after a First Street caller reported Saturday at 1:03 p.m. that their grandson assaulted his girlfriend.

Officers investigated after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Saturday at 1:09 p.m. that he had been punched in the face by his dad.

Officers investigated a woman who was out in a bar while on conditions of release Sunday at 1:29 a.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a Second Avenue caller reported Sunday at 6:20 a.m. they had picked up their 17-year-old daughter from a house where everyone was intoxicated.

Aubrey Celine Briere of Havre, 29, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 4:37 p.m. on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a caller from a business on Third Street Northwest in Rudyard business reported Friday at 10:34 a.m. that an engine was stolen.

Deputies assisted a citizen at the Hill County Detention Center after a caller from Set Free ministries made a report Friday at 3:59 p.m.

——

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation and unauthorized use of motor vehicle after a report was made from a 70th Avenue caller Friday at 5:27 p.m.

Anthony Joel Ardizzone of Havre, 35, was issued a summons on a charge of selling or providing alcohol to a person under 21 Friday at 6:17 p.m. near a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

James Christopher Dahl Jr. of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 12:22 a.m. at a First Street West establishment.

Deputies investigated after a Washington Avenue caller reported Saturday at 8:43 a.m. that money had been stolen from a safe.

Claude Joseph Lamere of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 7:06 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Highway 87.

Deputies investigated after a Third Street North establishment caller reported Sunday at 9:18 p.m. that a man punched him in the face.
