Officers made an arrest related to a sex offense Tuesday at 10:07 a.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near Fourth Street after a caller reported Tuesday at 11:17 a.m. that two large trucks were involved in a hit and run crash.

Officers made an arrest during a transport Tuesday at 12:11 p.m. No further information was provided.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 5:52 p.m. there was a strange smell at his mother’s house.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 8 p.m. that her daughter left the house with her credit card.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer and minor in possession after a Smithville Road caller reported Tuesday at 8:26 p.m. that a man dressed in all black knocked on the door and was jumping fences between homes.

Gina Marie Griggs of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 9:27 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Fifth Street caller reported today at 12:09 a.m. that a woman was in violation of her conditions.

The Havre Daily News had not received a dispatch log from the Hill County Sheriff’s Office by printing deadline today.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd.
