Amber Rose Kirkaldie of Havre, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant during a motor vehicle stop by U.S. Border Patrol on 16th Avenue West Monday at 12:01 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after a 14th Street West caller reported Monday at 4:28 p.m. having a problem with a male.

Officers investigated an animal control report after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Monday at 5:15 p.m. that there was a man in the emergency room who had been bitten by a dog.

Officers initiated an arrest while serving a warrant on 13th Street Monday at 5:52 p.m..

Thomas Mathew Dess of Havre, 61, was issued a summons Monday at 8:10 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a disturbance report after a 14th Street West caller reported Monday at 8:25 p.m. needing assistance with four kids.

Charles Glynn Plante of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Third Street caller reported Monday at 12:32 p.m. that her husband was intoxicated and causing problems.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Joshua Daniel Kaupang of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 12:11 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a 2:15 p.m. Monday complaint from a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, a black and white border collie-pit bull mix dog and a black pit bull.
