Nathan Kevin Sam of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a First Avenue West caller reported Wednesday at 7:56 a.m. that a man was lying in the snow in the neighbor’s yard.

Adrian Moses Shawl of Havre, 25, was issued a summons on a theft charge after an officer made a report Wednesday at 9:33 a.m.

Richard Dale Stampka of Great Falls, 43, was arrested on a federal warrant at a 13th Street West and Jefferson Avenue location Wednesday at 4:29 p.m.
