Officers investigated a complaint after a Second Street caller reported Thursday at 7:25 a.m. that a man who was supposed to live with her as part of his probation conditions moved out the night before. An arrest was made, but no further information was provided.

Robert Henry Stump III of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after someone at Havre City Court requested an officer Thursday at 10:54 a.m.

Joseph Johnearl Bear of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on partner or family member assault and unlawful restraint charges after a First Street northeast caller reported an assault Thursday at 9:47 p.m.

Lara Shante Lawrence of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, violation of conditions release and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence today at 12:27 a.m. near Fourth Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a Beaver Creek Park employee reported Thursday at 7:28 a.m. that someone broke into a cabin overnight.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and runaway juvenile after a 70th Avenue West caller reported Thursday at 10:10 p.m. that his daughter was still not home.
