Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a 12th Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 1:18 p.m. that a vehicle had hit and run and damaged a side mirror.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near St. Jude Thaddeus School reported Wednesday at 5:36 p.m. that someone hit them when they picked up their child, took off and may be unaware she hit anything.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report after a Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 10:54 p.m. that her son came in, punched her in the head and took off in a Chevrolet pickup truck.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 58, was arrested on criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence charges after a Second Street business caller reported today at 2:11 a.m. that a man was sleeping on the porch and needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s office did not report any investigations or arrests.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, two male and one female shepherds, and a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix.
