Havre High seeks music festival volunteers

Havre High School will be hosting the District 7 Music Festival Friday and Saturday, April 7-8, and is looking for people to help with the festival.

Students from 11 schools across the region will perform for professional adjudicators and receive scores to move on to State Music Festival in Missoula May 5-6. 

Performers who receive superiors — ones — in eligible categories advance to the state festival.

Events will be held at both Havre High School and Havre Middle School Friday, April 7, and will include large performing ensembles from all schools. 

Events will only be held at Havre High School Saturday, April 8, and will include solos and small ensembles. 

All events are free and open to the public.
