Officers assisted a citizen after a  caller asked to speak to an officer about a juvenile Friday at 12:54 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after someone reported at the police department Friday at 4 p.m. that a gun had been stolen.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Bonine Drive caller reported Friday at 4 p.m. that someone had violated a protection order.

Officers investigated an assault report after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported Friday at 11:30 p.m. that she was assaulted.

Amber Lynne Doerr-Smith of Havre, 25, was issued a summons on an endangering the welfare of children charge after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 1:36 p.m. that a little boy in a red shirt was running in and out of traffic.

Officers investigated a complaint from Boulevard Avenue Sunday at 7:13 a.m. that someone smashed the caller’s mailbox.

Ambrosia Rae Lester of Hays, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop Sunday at 12:10 p.m. on Second Street.

Claton John Allery of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after a Third Street caller reported Sunday at 1:29 p.m. that someone near his home, covered in a blue blanket, was staggering and falling down.

Officers assisted a citizen after a First Street establishment caller reported Sunday at 1:44 p.m. that someone was using a fake I.D.

Darrel Gilbert Briese of Havre, 66, was arrested on charges of criminal endangerment, two counts; driving under the influence; failure to give notice of accident; and failure to notify owner of damage to property after a caller near a First Street business reported Sunday at 5:36 p.m. that a pickup truck struck the car wash.

George Theodore Sutherland Sr. of Rocky Boy, 48, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller reported Sunday at 7:14 p.m. that someone who might have a gun was yelling at him.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Tasha Marie Roberts of Havre, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported Friday at 5:41 p.m. that a woman on drugs was trying to take his dirt bike, was chasing them and tried to start a bike on fire.

Deputies investigated a juvenile status offense after a U.S. Highway 87 caller made a report Saturday at 12:15 a.m.

——

Kathy Stuker Vogel of Havre, 52, was issued a summons on a charge of cruelty to animals after a 116 Road South caller made an animal control report Saturday at 10:39 a.m.

Triston Alexander Ehry of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and careless driving after a caller reported Saturday at 12:55 p.m. that they had to pull over and let the car behind them go ahead because it was driving in and out of the ditch.

Deputies investigated a shoplifting report after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller made a report Sunday at 1:27 p.m.

Deputies investigated a burglary report called in from Rudyard Saturday at 1:16 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
