Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller near Beaver Creek Boulevard reported Wednesday at 5:29 p.m. that a group of boys were smoking behind a shed and is afraid they might start it on fire.

Two people were issued summonses after a caller near Sixth Avenue and Sixth Street reported Wednesday at 9:22 p.m. that a man and a woman were yelling at each other. Cole Austin Farrell of Havre, 19, and Raven Salois of Havre, 18, were each issued a summons on minor in possession charges.

Lana Belgrade Saddler of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after a caller from a 9th Avenue location requested assistance at 10:08 p.m. Wednesday.

Wynema Rae Cochran of Havre, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported this morning at 1:55 that a woman needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an assault report after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported Wednesday at 1:35 p.m. that she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.

Deputies serving a warrant made an arrest Wednesday at 3:36 p.m. at a 24th Avenue Northeast address. No further details were provided.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a 32nd Avenue East caller made a report Wednesday at 4:01 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two fire calls Wednesday and two today.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a male shepherd, a male Pomeranian, a female dachshund-Jack Russell terrier, a female German shepherd and a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix.
