Officers investigated after a 12th Avenue caller reported Friday at 7:54 a.m. that a Ford pickup truck and a Honda were broken into the night before.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from a First Street West business reported a two-vehicle, non-injury crash Friday at 10:53 a.m.

Officers investigated suspicious activity and charged someone with disorderly conduct after a caller near the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line reported Friday at 12:02 p.m. that a white vehicle was dragging a male down the street.

Two juveniles, 12 and 14, were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a First Street business caller made theft reports Friday at 2:18 p.m.

Nina Mel Cochran of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 2:29 p.m. at a First Street business.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation after a 10th Street West caller reported Friday at 4:11 p.m. that their son hadn’t returned home.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., of Hays, 58, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a caller from a Second Street business Friday at 5:59 p.m. said a man was in the street, vomiting and throwing things around.

Nathan Richard Schafer if Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, three counts, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs after an 11th Street caller said Friday at 9:43 p.m. that a man was out of control and threatening everyone.

Brian Joseph Heino of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada, 53, was arrested on an assault charge after First Street business caller said Saturday at 2:16 a.m. that a woman was assaulted by a male.

Claren Olive Bauer of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a partner or family member assault charge after a Second Street caller reported a disturbance Saturday at 11:10 a.m.

Officers investigated a juvenile offense status after a Second Street caller said Saturday at 12:49 p.m. that her son had not returned home since Thursday.

Officers investigated after a 16th Street West caller said Saturday at 1:40 p.m. that a drunken man broke into the house and was breaking things.

Officers made an arrest after a 16th Street West caller said Saturday at 2:58 p.m. that a man just kicked in the door and was being belligerent. No details were listed in the dispatch log.

Scott Patrick Sorenson of Bend, Oregon, 35, was arrested on a criminal mischief charge after a caller near Town Square said Saturday at 3:47 p.m. that a man was tearing up benches.

Officers investigated after a First Street caller said Sunday at 12:27 a.m. that his checks had been stolen.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Sunset Drive caller said Sunday at 5:57 p.m. that she had something she wanted to turn over to officers.

Officers investigated a drug offense report after a person at a 35th Avenue Northeast location called Sunday at 8:48 p.m.

Officers investigated this morning after a caller from a Sixth Street North location said at 2:08 that a female was assaulted.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a caller near a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Friday at 7:49 a.m. that her son’s iPad and headphones were missing.

Several people were issued summonses Saturday at 1:26 a.m. near Bear Paw Lake in Beaver Creek Park. A 12, a 17 and two 16-year-olds were each issued summonses on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations; a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a curfew violation charge; Michael Daniel Dunning of Havre, 18, and Ruben James Stewart of Havre, 19, were each issued summonses on charges of minor in possession; Samantha Bea Huston of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs; and Avery Joseph Christiansen of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on charges including unlawful transactions with children, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, one Saturday, three Sunday and two calls this morning.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two female Labrador-border collie mix dogs, a female Labrador retriever, a female dachshund-Jack Russell terrier, a female German shepherd, a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix, a mixed breed dog and a female pit bull terrier

The animal shelter held this morning three female short-haired cats.
