The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger Nov. 8-15.

Carol Ivy Meyers, born in 1961, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 166 days suspended and 14 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Ralph Chatfield Preston, born in 1957, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving under the influence of any other drug, first offense.

——

Dell Huntley, born in 1991, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

——

Benoit Royce Azure, born in 1987, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Terry Roy Olson, born in 1948, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for driving off of established road without landowner permission.

——

Billy Keith Smith, born in 1969, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Jonathan Seaton, born in 1992, was fined $50 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for reckless driving, first offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, first offense.

Bobby Gene Mccullough, born in 1951, was fined $250 for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

——

Tyler Huseby, born in 1979, was fined $200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 361 days suspended and four credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

——

Judge Barger also dealt with 11 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed five charges Nov. 8-15. Barger transferred nine citations to another court and held pne probable cause hearings for cases out of her jurisdiction. Additionally, one citation was voided by the ticketing agency.

J’shonn Melianda Descharm, born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Thomas Harold Parisian, born in 1961, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Meghuel Josea Chamberlain, born in 1975, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

——

Thomas Wayne Paxton, born in 1996, was fined $100 for minor in possession, over age 18, first offense.

——

Kody John Campanella, born in 1985, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days, 166 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

——

Zachery Stephen Hould, born in 1996, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jason Alan Englert, born in 1993, forfeited $125 bond for exceeding 34,000 pound tandem axle weight limit.

——

Bobby Gene Mccullough, born in 1951, forfeited $250 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

——

Shane Robert Barrett, born in 1985, was fined $100 for exceeding 34,000 pound tandem axle weight limit.

——

Julian Dominic Barb, born in 1984, forfeited $100 bond for log book not being current.

——

Flint Logan Schaaf, born in 1993, forfeited $125 bond for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

——

Clay Stone Chandler, born in 1995, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Martin James Koop, born in 1994, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Cassandra Stidham, born in 1986, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Amanpreet Singh Aulakh, born in 1993, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Samuel James Fay, born in 1976, was fined $120 for speeding, driving 87 mph in a 65 mph zone, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

William George Taylor, born in 1986, forfeited $175 bond for exceeding 34,000 pound tandem axle weight limit.

——

Karamjit Singh Sandhu, born in 1980, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Harinder Singh Sidhu, born in 1987, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Garrett Ray Berry, born in 1995, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Tatiana Angelica Ralph, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $400 for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and was fined $250 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Lianjun Bi, born in 1966, forfeited $100 bond for general form and manner log book violations.

——

Giovanni Carlos Lorusso, born in 1974, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Judge Barger also dealt with 32 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed four charges Nov. 15-22. Barger transferred 10 citations to another court and held seven probable cause hearings for cases out of her jurisdiction. Additionally, one citation was deferred by the prosecution and two probation and parole violations went before the judge.

Jessica Suzette Johnson, born in 1978, forfeited $250 bond for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Gordon George Denny Jr., born in 1995, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

——

David V. Truckner, born in 1960, forfeited $100 bond for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

——

Avtar Singh Panesar, born in 1987, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Colton Lee Beasley, born in 1996, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Sergii Berehovyi, born in 1980, forfeited $250 bond for hour driving rule, property carriers.

——

Jessey Jason Harmon, born in 1992, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, wight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Harmon was fined $100 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended and five credited, for reckless driving, first offense, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 355 days suspended and 10 credited, for fleeing or eluding a peace officer. In a subsequent case, Harmon was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 156 days suspended and 24 credited, for partner or family member assault, first offense.

Geno Valdez Menard, born in 1997, forfeited $120 bond for speeding 93 in a 70 mph zone.

Ozzie Kayne Windyboy, born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

James Richard Lowrance, born in 1990, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $400, ordered to pay $377.56 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Laurencine Deanna Jackson, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license. In a later case, Jackson was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Donna Sue Meyers, born in 1945, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Lajos Horvath, born in 1966, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

Daniel J. Alex, born in 1984, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Colyn St. Pierre, born in 1982, was ordered to pay $405.60 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over public assistance, first offense.

Jason Stewart, born in 1977, was fined $100, ordered to pay $340.70 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Gregory Charles Rainingbird, born in 1994, pleaded guitlty to minor in possession, over age 18, first offense, no fine or sentence listed.

Sean Ryan Runsthrough, born in 1985, was fined $200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 358 days suspended and seven credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

——

A boy born in 1998 was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license, second offense.

——

Shayne Vernon Boushey, born in 1989, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for negligent endangerment.

——

Ramona Sue Gardipee-Duran, born in 1981, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Carrie Louise Baker, born in 1966, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Toni Marie Stump, born in 1980, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Richard Jesus Lujan, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

——

Fancy Jada Vogel-Belcourt, born in 1996, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Pedro Baltazar Guzman Pisfil, born in 1978, forfeited $120 bond for speeding, 90 mph in a 65 mph zone.

——

Jordan James Normandy, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 20 days credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

James Anderson, born in 1987, forfeited $250 bond for hour driving rule, property carriers.

Judge Barger also dealt with 50 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 21 charges Nov. 29 to Dec. 20. Barger transferred 10 citations to another court, issued six search warrants and held 15 probable cause hearings for cases out of her jurisdiction. Additionally, 13 suspended sentences or deferred impositions of sentencing were revoked and reinstated, and one probation and parole violation went before the judge.
