Anthony Azzio Moreni of Harlem, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 12:18 p.m. on First Street West.

Officers issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop on Second Street Friday at 9:20 p.m. One 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of underage tobacco possession or consumption, possession of dangerous drugs and probation violation; another 17-year-old was issued a summons on underage tobacco possession or consumption.

Dorothy Deann Seminole of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 11:53 a.m. that a woman wearing black sweatpants and a pink hoodie and carrying a white purse was shoplifting.

Officers investigated a complaint after a First Street West caller reported Saturday at 1:40 p.m. that a male looked in the window and laughed at complainant.

Sterling Howell Grimes of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a violation of condition of release Saturday at 1:45 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Second Street.

Officers investigated a sex offense charge after two people reporte am issue to the police department Saturday at 3:15 p.m. and then again at 6:45 p.m.

Claton John Allery of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release after a Third Avenue business caller reported Saturday at 7:43 p.m. that an intoxicated man was passed out and needed to be removed.

Garrison Lawrence Mitchell of Chinook, 19, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and minor in possession Saturday at 10:46 p.m. on First Street.

Adam Anthony Garcia of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, unlawful restraint and violation of conditions release after he called 911 and hung up Sunday at 12:34 p.m.

Officers made two arrests after a First Street West business caller reported Sunday at 1:57 a.m. that two men males were fighting.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a 13th Street West caller reported Sunday at 4:48 a.m. that a male walked into his house.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 1:09 p.m. that “when she paid her water bill she saw the window was broken by it.”

Officers made three arrests  after an 11th Street West caller reported Sunday at 2:11 p.m. that a four-door Buick with four people in it drove off without paying for their gas. No furthern information was provided on the arrests.

Cody Raymond Hanson of Billings, 34, was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Sunday at 3:27 p.m. that a dog had bitten someone.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 7:10 p.m. that four tires had gone missing from her backyard.

After an officer near Sixth Avenue and Fifth Street reported that a boy jumped on the hood of a car and dented it, a summons was issued, but no further information was provided.

Daniel Jake Waldner of Havre, 33 was arrested on criminal trespass to property and violation of conditions release charges Sunday at 10:36 p.m. on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies issued summonses to two people after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Friday at 3:59 p.m. being approached by a male in the parking lot. Trai Alexander Toney of Havre, 21, and Lester Tyrel Skramstad of Havre, 26, were each issued summonses on charges of disorderly conduct.

Deputies investigated a complaint by a 32nd Avenue caller Friday at 7:54 p.m.

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a Second Street business caller reported Saturday at 1:50 p.m. that a storage unit had been entered.

Deputies assisted a citizen near first lake in Beaver Creek Park after a report was made Saturday at 6:14 p.m.

Deputies investigated an auto theft report after a U.S. Highway 87 caller made a report Sunday at 7:46 a.m.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a Box Elder school caller made a report Sunday at 12:02 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, one Sunday and two today.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 4:13 p.m. at the 1100 Block of 16th Street West where a smoke smell was reported. Fire crews found no source of smoke and no further action needed to be taken.

Births

A boy was born Saturday, April 29, 2017, to Tobias and Katie Waldner of Havre.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador retriever, a female German shepherd, a female pit bull terrier, a male mixed breed dog, and a female Corgi.
