Dianna Sue Cole of Seattle, 38, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Thursday at 6:41 a.m. that a woman was fighting with two employees.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on an assault charge after a Havre Middle School employee reported Thursday at 8:11 a.m. that two students were fighting.

Officers assisted a citizen after a 14th Avenue caller reported Thursday at 8:29 a.m. that someone was violating a restraining order.

Officers assisted a citizen after someone made a request Thursday at 10:06 a.m.

——

Officers investigated after a First Street West establishment caller reported Thursday at 12:36 p.m. that a male trespassed on the property.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 29, was arrested on a partner or family member assault after someone made a complaint at the police department Thursday at 1:41 p.m.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after a Havre Middle School employee made a report Thursday at 2 p.m.

——

Two juveniles were issued summonses after a Havre High School employee made a report Thursday at 2:01 p.m. A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and underage tobacco possession or consumption, and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a possession of dangerous drugs charge.

Officers investigated a sex offense reported Thursday at 2:32 p.m.

Officers conducted an investigation after someone reported at the police department a computer scam Thursday at 5:54 p.m.

Officers investigated a fraud report after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller requested Thursday at 6:50 p.m. to speak to an officer.

Officers arrested two people after a caller reported Thursday at 9:23 p.m. that she was maced by a female, who was threatening to do it again. Karen F. Stiffarm of Havre, 43, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge, and Angela Rose Newfield of Havre, 54, was arrested on a violations of conditions of release charge.

Allan Fred Alexander of Box Elder, 29, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street establishment caller reported Thursday at 11:48 p.m. that a Native-American male kept jumping in front of cars and stood in the middle of the road.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s office made no arrests or investigations Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Thursday and one today.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador retriever,  a female German shepherd, a female pit bull terrier and a male mixed breed dog.

The animal shelter held this morning three short-haired cats, four medium-haired cats and one long-haired cat.
