Officers made an arrest while assisting Probation and Parole near a Second Street address Friday at 9:23 a.m. No further information was provided about the arrest.

Fredrick Anthony Tidzump of Havre, 34, was arrested on a partner or family member assault after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 4:47 p.m. that a tenant said there was a domestic dispute.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 5:10 p.m. that the people who helped them look for their dog the previous night had stolen their granddaughter’s cellphone.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a McKinley Avenue caller reported Friday at 5:13 p.m. that someone hit her vehicle twice and left the scene in a gold van.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Smithville Road caller reported Friday at 9:16 p.m. that someone had changed his address to an Oklahoma one.

Officers investigated a complaint after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 9:45 p.m. that three juveniles were putting nasty notes under the doors of rooms.

Florence Martina Standingrock of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, driving without a driver’s license and violation of conditions release Saturday at 2:28 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 13th Street West.

Leroy Joseph Tucker III of Lodge Pole, 30, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 5:28 p.m. that a man in green shorts and navy blue T-shirt took some pastries and walked across the street to a white house.

Officers investigated a complaint after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 2:30 a.m. that she was involved in “a domestic” with her boyfriend.

Ray Lavoy Foote of Wolf Point, 24, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after a Third Avenue caller made a suspicious activity report Sunday at 5:47 a.m.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 16th Street West caller reported Sunday at 9:21 a.m. that a male tried to fight him.

Officers investigated a disturbance report after an 11th Street West caller reported Monday at 11:57 p.m. that her ex entered the apartment and pushed her into the door.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Officers investigated a complaint that was made Friday at 12:03 p.m. by a Gildford caller.

Morgan Leann Horn of Harlem, 19, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 12:08 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2.

Deputies investigated a shoplifting report after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West businessmade a report Friday at 3:04 p.m.

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a caller reported Friday at 7:22 p.m. that a cabin at Fresno Reservoir was broken into and the alcohol was taken.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a Fresno Reservoir caller reported Saturday at 9:17 a.m. that they discovered a damaged picnic table.

Violet Nichole Parisian of Rocky Boy, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after being transported Saturday at 1:23 p.m. to Hill County Detention Center.

Marcus David Cross of Plains, 22, was arrested Sunday at 1:27 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of First Avenue and Second Street on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving.

Daniel W. Williams of Havre, 39, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller made a report Sunday at 4:49 p.m.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report after a First Avenue West caller made a report Sunday at 3:17 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday and one Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 11:31 a.m. to the 600 Block of Thompson Street where a gas smell was reported. NorthWestern Energy also responded and gas leak was not found. No further action necessary.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 9:28 p.m. to the 600 Block of County Road 860 Northwest where someone was burning brush around the property without a burn permit. They were told they needed a burn permit and put the fire out.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 6:08 p.m. at the 39000 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East, in Blaine County, where someone reported that someone else was burning without a burn permit. The person burning, did, in fact, have a burn permit

A girl was born Friday, May 5, 2017, to Chris and Michelle Sather of Harlem.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female bichon friese, a female German shepherd female, a female pit bull terrier, a male mix-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever,  and a male shepherd.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired and two medium-haired cats.
