Officers investigated a temporary restraining order violation after a caller from a First Street West establishment made a report Saturday at 12:18 a.m.

Tracy Lee Daychild of Havre, 23, was arrested on an assault charge after a First Street Northeast residence caller reported Saturday at 1:28 p.m. that a female was causing a disturbance.

Officers investigated a noninjury motor vehicle crash after a caller near a First Street West business made a report Saturday at 5:32 p.m.

John Skyhaw Old Bear of Chambers, Arizona, 31, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street West business caller made a complaint Sunday at 1:23 a.m.

Officers investigated after a 14th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11:58 a.m. that someone syphoned about half a tank of gas out of her car.

Officers investigated after a caller at a Third Avenue estab;ishment reported Sunday at 12:13 p.m. that a man wearing a hat and a Montana T-shirt was trying to cash a stolen check.

Officers investigated after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Sunday at 4:01 p.m. that five people stole his wallet.

Officers investigated after a First Street establishment caller reported Sunday at 6:13 p.m. that a man was trying to use a bad check.

Officers issued a summons after a Fifth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11:12 p.m. that a male wrecked a car and then fled the scene.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a complaint reported by two Crystal Springs callers Friday at 3:46 p.m.

Casey Boyd Bigknife of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and failure to produce or carry proof of insurance Friday at 8:07 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder.

Officers investigated a sex offense report after a Second Street caller made a report Saturday at 10:16 p.m.

Eugene James Walls of Box Elder, 43, was issued a summons on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge Sunday at 6:49 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies made an arrest after a Circle Four Lane, Box Elder caller reported Sunday at 10:41 p.m. that a female was driving erratically and followed him to his house, then she would not leave, as she seemed “to be high and intoxicated.”

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, one Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 1:14 a.m. at the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female pomeranian, a female German shepherd female, a female pit bull terrier,  a male mix-breed dog and a female Labrador retriever.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired, three medium-haired and one long-haired cats.
