Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash Monday at 3:23 p.m. near Havre High School.

Officers investigated after a First Street caller reported Monday at 4:23 p.m that a truck pulling a seeder/drill hit a light at 14th Avenue.

Officers investigated after a Bullhook Community Health Center caller reported Monday at 5:19 p.m. that a dog bit someone.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Ninth Street caller reported Monday at 6:02 p.m. that a parked pickup truck was hit.

Officers investigated after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Monday at 7:51 p.m. that a male on the porch needed to be removed.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 58, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Monday at 8:18 p.m. that a man was in the horseshoe pit.

Officers investigated after a First Street Northeast caller reported Monday at 9:06 p.m that a vehicle hit a bicycle.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a curfew violation charge after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 12:53 a.m. that her juvenile daughter had not come home.

Trevor Lee Standing Rock of Box Elder, 37, was issued a summons on a partner or family member assault after a caller near First Street reported she had been beat up and needed police assistance.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 44, on a state District Court warrant Monday at 8:40 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Monday at 9:43 a.m. at the 800 Block of Fourth Street where an alarm had been falsely activated. The alarm was reset after it was determined there was no cause for alarm.

Fire crews responded to a call Monday at 12:58 p.m. at the 100 Block of Third Avenue where a gas odor had been reported. Further investigation proved there were no leaks. No further action was necessary.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female pomeranian, a female German shepherd female, a female pit bull terrier and a female Labrador retriever.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired, three medium-haired and one long haired cats.
