SafetyFestMT in Havre next week

SafetyFestMT: Havre 2017 is set to run next week at Montana State University-Northern from Tuesday through Thursday.

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry website says SafetyFestMT provides free quality training to employers and their workers throughout Montana, with every event geared toward the community hosting it.

Along with a core curriculum consisting of classes such as OSHA 10-Hour General Industry, OSHA 10-Hour Construction, Work Comp 101, Stay at Work/Return to Work, and others; SafetyFest provides classes that are geared towards specific needs of the region.

Registration for the Havre event is closed. The event web page says people who are interested in attending the Havre SafetyFest may attend as a walk-in. People with any questions can contact Casey Kyler-West at 406-444-5267 or by email at [email protected].
