Havre Police Department

Officers investigated after a caller near a First Street business reported Tuesday at 9:52 a.m. that she was involved in an accident and was having a headache.

Officers made two arrests after a Third Street caller reported Tuesday at 10:31 a.m that a drunk man pushed her son and wants him removed. David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and Kathleen Lynn Well Off Man of Havre, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Sixth Street caller reported Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. a blue and gray pouch with a zipper that had debit cards in it had been taken.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Tuesday at 1:52 p.m. that someone had taken money out of his bank account.

Officers investigated after a Third Street caller reported Tuesday at 3:29 p.m. that a house was broken into.

——

Christopher Charles Lemay of Poplar, 20, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 4:46 p.m. a noncombative shoplifter.

Officers investigated after a First Avenue caller reported today at 1:20 a.m. that they heard a someone yelling “Get away from me.”

Officers issued three summonses this morning at 3:16 near Second Street West. Tristian Garrett Whitetail of Chinook, 18, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver’s license and a tail light violation, and a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The Hill County Sheriff’s office reported no arrests or investigations Tuesday.

 

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and two today.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 3:57 p.m. on the 1700 Block of U.S. Highway 2 where a smoke smell was reported to have been coming out of a heating vent. There was no fire found or sign of one. Supervisors were advised to call a heating repairman to find source of smoke smell.

 

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, a female Labrador retriever and a female pit bull terrier.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired and four medium-haired cats.
