Officers made an arrest after a First Street West business caller asked to speak to an officer about an assault Thursday at 2:23 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Thompson Street caller reported Thursday at 3:11 p.m. that a vehicle had been stolen.

Officers investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Thursday at 9:17 p.m. that two people had been attacked by a cat.

Officers investigated after a First Street West establishment caller reported Thursday at 10:05 p.m. that a debit card had been stolen.

William Joseph Williams Jr., of Havre, 32, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street establishment caller reported Thursday at 11:25 p.m. that a drunk man was lying on the floor.

Tanika Rose Lawrence of Havre, 22, was arrested today at 1:09 a.m. on charges of criminal mischief, open container and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Fourth Street caller reported earlier, at 12:33, that her vehicle was damaged by her sister.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Ryan Chey Young of Auburn, Washington, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 8:35 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Mark William Loney of Havre, 58, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 8:36 a.m. at the HCDC.

Matthew James Brix of Havre, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 8:37 a.m. at the HCDC.

Lyndon Vance Windyboy of Rocky Boy, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 3:51 p.m. at the HCDC.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 20, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 4:23 p.m at the HCDC.

Deputies made an arrest after an 11th Street North caller reported Thursday at 4:32 p.m. that a car was speeding. No further details on the arrest were available.

Deputies investigated after a Rudd Lane caller reported a complaint Thursday at 10:26 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to three calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a call on the 1100 Block of 26 Avenue Thursday at 11:40 a.m. where a malfunctioning smoke detector had been set off. The battery was replaced and the detector repaired.

Fire crews responded to the 600 Block of Ninth Avenue Thursday at 2:43 p.m. where a gas odor was reported. NorthWestern Energy has responded on the scene and relit the pilot light.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female border collie-Labrador mix.
