Officers issued summonses Tuesday at 6:45 a.m. at the police station to Stacey Rob Small of Rocky Boy, 43, and Angel Leigh Belcourt of Box Elder, 40, each on a charge of endangering the welfare of children.

Officers made two arrests after a Third Street caller reported Tuesday at 11:14 a.m. that officers were looking for two people across the street. No additional information was provided.

Officers made an arrest after a First Street West business caller reported Tuesday at 11:43 a.m. that people were fighting at a gas pump. No additional information was provided.

Officers investigated after someone reported Tuesday at 2:04 p.m. that her daughter got a tattoo without permission.

Officers investigated after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 2:07 p.m. that two bicycles were stolen.

Daniel Jake Waldner of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and criminal trespass to property after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 7:14 p.m.that a man stole a can of beer and ran out of the store.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 7:20 p.m. that someone stole a phone, credit card and $300 in cash.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Tuesday at 7:53 p.m. near a First Street business.

Deputies investigated after a Hingham caller reported Monday at 1:52 p.m a theft or forgery or fraud.

Deputies investigated after a Havre Police Department officer made a report of suspicious activity Monday at 3:43 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a Rudyard caller reported a disturbance Monday at 10:50 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 10:19 a.m. that they were getting unwanted calls or text messages.

Coby John Stump of Rocky Boy, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from U.S. Highway 2 West made a complaint Tuesday at 9:15 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call this morning at 5:40 on the 600 Block of U.S. Highway 2 Northeast. The fire department could not be reached this morning via phone.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one female German shepherd dog.
