McLean tells Pachyderms about first half-year as commissioner

Hill County Commissioner Diane McLean spoke at a meeting of the Pachyderm Club Friday about her first six months in office and touched on a host of issues ranging from the budget to the challenge of finding and retaining employees and certifying the Milk River Levee.

McLean, previously Hill County superintendent of schools, was elected in November to a six-year term on the commission. Jeff LaVoi opted not to run for another term.
