Kody Peterson of American Pride demolishes the Hill County 4-H Chuckwagon building at the Great Northern Fairgrounds this morning. The tear-down, following several weeks of removing windows and other prep work following this year's fair, is the last step before Hill County 4-H can start work on replacing the building, built in the 1950s and later expanded. Peterson and representatives of NKP Inc., Double R Trucking and Chuck Vaughn Trucking said they wanted to give special thanks to Lon and Stacey Waid of the Hill County 4-H Chuckwagon Committee, who have spearheaded the work planning, fundraising and completing the preparation for the project.
