Odonna was born June 6, 1927, at Bagley, the daughter of Lewis and Mae (Rendall) Walker. She attended school in Bagley and met Herbert Ziegler. They were married Jan. 25, 1946. In 1956, they moved to Montana where she worked at Woolworths as a clerk. She also worked at Pay and Pak and when Taco Time opened she worked there. Odonna worked at a bridal shop with her sister Peg and then went to work at Buttrey's, where she worked in produce and flowers.

Herbert died Dec. 15, 1993, and she moved back to Bagley in 2004.

Odonna was a 4-H member as a young lady and was also a 4-H leader. She enjoyed hunting, fishing crocheting, canning and word searches. Odonna loved to craft and could have been the first Martha Stewart. She could make anything out of anything. Her ideas came to her at night, and she kept a notebook by her bed to write her thoughts down. She won may ribbons at the county fair with her crafts and adored to go to craft sales. Odonna was fond of playing cards, especially whist, and dominos. She was a grandma to many children, even to children who weren't related. Odonna appreciated flowers and gardening. She could get anything to grow.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie (Mark) Kelly of Havre, Montana; brothers Jim (Nevina) Walker and Alton (Adeline Wooliscroft) Walker, both of Bagley, Minnesota; sisters Opal Boisjolie of Blaine, Minnesota, and Delores Saul of Warroad, Minnesota; daughter-in-law, Sharon Ziegler of Havre; special angel niece Janie (John) Walker-Jordah; special friend Milo Anderson of Bagley, Minnesota; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Jon in 2003, one great granddaughter, Jasmine in 2004; three sisters, Peg, Hazel and Carmella; and one brother, Chuck.
